How best to find a buyer for a property in Turkiye ?

 

First identify 'who' the potential buyers are…

 

If you the seller is a non-Turkish owner of a property in Turkey, the following buyers will not be allowed to purchase the property:

a)  Non-Turkish buyers that are investing to obtain Turkish Citizenship (USD 400,000)  and residency (USD 200,000)..

 

If your property does not have the full permits,  the following buyers will not be allowed by the land registry to purchase the property:

a)  Non-Turkish citizens.

Many agents will not accept nor report a buyer’s interest for a property if the price does not include a large hidden profit margin for the agent, above the sales price the seller is expecting to receive.
