How best to find a buyer for a property in Turkiye ?
First identify 'who' the potential buyers are…
If you the seller is a non-Turkish owner of a property in Turkey, the following buyers will not be allowed to purchase the property:
a) Non-Turkish buyers that are investing to obtain Turkish Citizenship (USD 400,000) and residency (USD 200,000)..
If your property does not have the full permits, the following buyers will not be allowed by the land registry to purchase the property:
a) Non-Turkish citizens.

Regrettably, before the above new regulations were introduced, a very high proportion of properties sold to non-Turkish buyers were without permits.
In recent years the greatest demand for Turkish property from foreign buyers is for citizenship and residency purposes. So under the above mentioned circumstances, if your property is ineligible for purchase by foreign buyers, a seller must find a local Turkish buyer.
If an agent has not reported buying interest for a property, nor has not informed a seller of the above facts, it is likely the agent is also capable of other deceptions and misguidance. Many agents will not accept nor report a buyer’s interest for a property if the price does not include a large hidden profit margin for the agent, above the sales price the seller is expecting to receive.
